Single Parents Chat Group | A Network for Single Parents

A single parent is a parent who cares for one or more children without the assistance of another parent in the home.

Single parenthood may occur for a variety of reasons. It could have been chosen by the parent (as in divorce, adoption, artificial insemination, surrogate motherhood, or extramarital pregnancy), or be the result of an unforeseeable occurrence (such as death or abandonment by one parent) and also custodial and non-custodial single parent.

Bringing up our children alone, dealing with the emotional conflicts of divorce, never-married, separation or widowhood is not a task to be underestimated. Feelings of doubt, regret, guilt, inadequacy prevail.

Constant worry about support, financial and other provisional considerations are ever-present in the mind of the single parent.

The good news is whatever the situation or cause of a one-parent family context, you can be successful at single parenting, raising well-adjusted children and having a happy, tranquil home environment and thrive as a competent and self-confident parent.

In creating a network for Single Parents we want to establish a unique community for the single parent geared at single parents and the issues faced with single parenting.

The aim of this community is to provide a supportive and safe environment sensitive to the issues of their members.

Parents can meet to exchange their concerns and share their successes while meeting new people.

If you have identified yourself as a single parent, now is the time for you to join the Single Parent Chat Group and become part of a growing network of free, independent and successful people.
