This WORKSHOP is intended for Social Workers, Psychologists or other Suitably Qualified Person and is geared at assisting in the proper preparation of a Parenting Plan together with the emotional and legal aspects it involves.

This Workshop will provide you with a Toolkit for dealing with Parenting Plans and include relevant sections of the Children’s Act, its Regulations and Forms as well as a workbook for further reference.
